Do you ship worldwide?
Yes—we ship anywhere the hustle reaches 🌍
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work fast—like squat PR fast—so if you need to cancel or change anything, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that window, the order will likely already be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
You can still return it for a full refund once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Expect processing within 1–3 business days, and shipping begins the next business day after processing.
During holidays or high-demand launches, processing may take a little longer—but we always hustle to get your order out.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship fast—but due to current demand, please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery.
This includes order processing, carrier handling, and delivery to your location. You’ll get tracking as soon as your order ships.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at support@joggingiscancelled.com.
You’ll be eligible for a full refund or reshipment—your choice.
Will I be charged customs and import taxes?
Prices on our site are tax-free in USD, but your country may apply import duties, taxes, or customs fees when your package arrives.
These charges are not covered by us and vary by location—please contact your local customs office for exact info.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
How do I return an item?

Include your order number and reason for return, and we’ll take care of you.
Returns must be unused and in original condition. We'll walk you through the next steps once you contact us.
What if I received the wrong, damaged, or defective item?
We hate that. Email support@joggingiscancelled.com with:
Your order number, photos of the item(s) and packaging, description of what went wrong
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund back to your original payment method.
Credit/debit card refunds: 7–10 business days
PayPal refunds: 3–5 business days
If it’s been longer and you haven’t seen the credit, check with your bank or card issuer—sometimes they’re the slow ones.
